 Our Policy

Health and Hygiene

Our Policy is to provide you and your pet a high standard of service, and cleanliness will be of the utmost importance. In order to protect your pet all equipment, tools and surfaces will be cleaned and sterilised after every treatment.

All Pets must be healthy and fit and any pets' who are sick or elderly will be excepted entirely at the owners own risk. In some cases, grooming may highlight unexpected skin or health problems that we cannot be held liable for. We expect all pets that we except for treatment to be vaccinated.

We will ensure we provide your pet with the highest level of care and attention during their stay with us. However it must be clearly understood and agreed that we except all pets at owners own risk.

Obviously our first concern is for the welfare of your pet, so in the event of injury or illness while they are here at Posh pooches, it may become necessary for us to call a vet for advice. However we will try to contact the owners of the pet first and foremost. In the event that a vet has been called in , unless it can be clearly shown that Posh Pooches are liable, all cost in connection to the vets call out and treatment shall be at the owners own expense.

Prices
Are price list is made on an average dog / cat on the breed and style. However in the event that some pets may need extensive extra work, for reasons such as heavy matting, there will be additional costs.

Payments
All payment must be made when collecting your pet or on delivery.

Collection
All owners must collect their pet when stated or if being delivered back home, ensure someone is available to except the pet and make payment for treatment.
Pets that cannot be delivered at stated times, or uncollected pets, may incur a sitting time.

Cancellation
In the event you have to cancel an appointment, we require 24 hours notice, so we can book other pets in that appointed time. Un-cancelled Appointments will incur a fee payable before further appointments can be booked.

We reserve the right to refuse any pet that presents a risk of injury to either other pets, our staff or itself.

These conditions do not effect your Statutory rights.
